Hey, Roger!

I check in here looking for your pictures of the new purchase. What the status on your Bigfoot?

BTW, I think you get the award for the great variety of campers ever owned!

Airstream
Lovebug
Scamp
U-Haul
Bigfoot

and, I'll bet there's a few I've missed!

Cringe? She was the one who told me to drop everything to drive two and a half hours to look at the Bigfoot!

Costa Rica is an absolutely AWESOME place! We got to see Volcan Arenal do it's biggest eruption in a number of years while we were there. We also got to see or walk in the calderas of two other volcanos. What a magnificent place!

So, Roger..

There was a time when I owned 3 running cars and a motorcycle. I chose which one to drive each day based on which one had the most gas.

Do you wander into your RV storage yatd and pick the one you want to take based on which one has the fullest propane tank?

No, Gina... I don't have a herd of FGRVs... I'm a serial-owner... I generally only own one fiberglass RV at a time (although there HAVE been times when there were a couple of fiberglass trailers in the yard at the same time...) I confess that I have owned at least two RVs throughout my FGRV career this past couple of years... the 34' Airstream also lives at our house and has seen the parade of FGRVs come through it's yard. Before the 34' was the 325 moho, and before that, the Bambi.

I think a 17 foot bigfoot is in my future. (Unless we pack up and retire to costa rica. I've never been but I think I could live there.) Is there a model with two double beds?

No, Maggie... they're more like a wide single and a standard single. The dinette is the wide single and it's at least 6'6" long. The couch in the center bath model is across the back, but is only 6' long and is a few inches narrower than the dinette bed. In the corner bath model, the couch runs fore-aft against the curb side. I dont know what the dimensions are on it, but the fridge is only the 4 cu ft model.
