This is in Liberty State Park in Jersey City, NJ. No, you can't boondock here but the background's still fairly stunning.
Hi Myron,

That's a teriffic picture. How did you manage to get both the trailer and the background in perfect focus?

Thanks. I used the aperture priority program on my camera and set the lens to a small aperture, probably f/11. The smaller the aperture the greater the depth of field, which means more objects from front to back will be in focus.

I'm flattered, Thanks for the pic, my claim to fame is not photography and going over 11,000 miles this year I took very few pics with the Casita in it. Thanks for using it, Bill

This was our BF at the Lake Casitas Rally in October 06. Some of us decorated a bit. Had a great time there with all of you.

Note the cool step I built from some of Wes's firewood. I still don't think he's forgiven me. Wes, you need to know that I donated that step to the firewood pile at Blackrock RV Park in Brenda, AZ. We now have our ''own'' official Camping World folding Aluminum step.

Regards,

Keith & Shirley

Speaking of Blackrock RV park in Brenda, AZ. Here's a shot of our campsite there just 3 weeks ago. A great place to stop, or stay a while. Check them out at http://www.blackrockrv.com/

Only 14 miles from Quartzsite.

Congrats Christine on making the Home Page! I love, love, love the picture of your rig and the background. I have to confess to being an addict on this site and I love reading and learning but my very favorite thing about the forum is the pictures!

Great photography!

First trip out with the "cracked Egg" as the wife calls it, went fishing.

however the guy next to us had an unusal fiberglass rv, but hay what ever floats your boat as they say...and notice the mobility scooter that i use , it just fits throught the door of the U-Haul and travels well inside.

when we pulled in the guy looked at it and said "its so small i'll only charge ya half the rent", heheh.
oh and the fishing was bad , i mean really bad.

Aint so such thing. Maybe the catching was bad, but the fishing is always great.

Nope, like i said the fishing was bad.
We had a northner blow in, dropped temps down in the 40's (seen as how it was 72 when we got there that morning) the pier we fish on is 1382 ft long.
The wind had blown the water out of the bay 3/4's of the way out of the pier, what water there was was about 2 ft.
People were not fishing but walking around picking up lost tackle, etc.
The next night water came back in to the bays but fishing was still off.
