Gee! I think back fondly when I owned a 'house car'.
It was a 1978 Chevrolet van that had a fiber glass top added. It slept 4 and I added a bunk over the front seats for our son. It had a three way gas/electric/12 Vdc refrigeratir, a two burner propane
stove top, and a porta-potty in the closet. I also added a room air conditioner so we could camp in the Texas summer heat.
We spent many a happy years camping with it.
The reason I call it a house car is because the Texas title
stated that it was a 'house car'.
