I don't know about this one Nick and Marlene. My buttercup follows a little close for me. she could step back just a tad and not sit right on my bumper. maybe Casitas have that extra tad. OR maybe I'm just not camping enough. :yep that's it. I just need more practice.

number
257 . this camping practice is much better with a TT :jump-r be she/he white or yellow. :jump-r

Gotta love it

258. I love thee because thy hast followed me so well through rain and pea soup fog.

259. I love thee because thou never waivered when big trucks tried to blow us off the road.

260. I love thee because thou hast been ever faithful and tracked so true on all types of roads.

261. I love thee because of the ease in which you allow me to back you in and out of tight spaces and make ME looks so competent when I don't know what the heck I am doing.

264: I love it when Sue wakes up in the morning (and if nature calls) she doesn't have to sit on a cold/wet/dirty public comode (toilet). We men always pay for that - one way or the other. :o

265: I love it when we wake up and Sue has already set up the coffee the night before.

266: I love it when I wake up and all my double chocolate cookies are still there (no racoons in the trailer)

267: I love it when I wake up knowing there is still ice.

268: I love it when I know that I don't have to eat the chicken the first or second night out.

Dang, Rick, that chicken moves fast!

269. I love the fact my trailer, buried in snow, still excites me.

270. I love the fact pulling my trailer out of the snow excites me more!

271. I love knowing there are others who love their fiberglass trailers in Japan and Europe, in addition to the US and Canada!

If we only built a couple of bridges, we could all get together!

272. I love the fact that with gas prices RISING, I can still afford to tow it.

273. I love that when I go out in the sticks, I'm taking the best parts from home (comfy bed, refrigerator, flushie).

274. I love that in mornings, I wake up when I want, all toastie warm and refreshed (rather than cold, stiff and praying the sun comes up soon!)

275. I love that it doesn't matter what the weather is outside, I'm comfy inside (and bug free)

.:sunny

While reading the 5th wheel thread, I thought - -
278: I love my fiberglass travel trailer because <img src=http://www.fiberglassrv.com/board/uploads/3e95884cd3fa9changed.GIF/> I can make her anything I want her to be. :yep

280: I love my front wheel

281: I love that with the front wheel, Doodle is light enough for me to move all over the driveway.

282: For me my little trailer serves as a time and space machine. I can get in there and go to any place I can think of or to any time I care to remember, and never leave the yard.
It is also an escape machine. When worries begin to pile up on me I can step in there and - like magic - I'm thirty years old again. I know it must sound silly to you younger folks, but it works for me.
I bought my first travel trailer fifty years ago this spring and it was an old trailer then, but I was proud of it. It cost me $125.00, on credit yet!. It was made of "Masonite". It was 16 feet long just as my casita is now. We lived in it first in Kansas then we (Myself, my wife and our baby daughter) lived in it on the Navajo Indian Reservation for one year.

283. I love it because I could actually afford to own it outright!

284. I love it because it means never waking up in 6 inches of water from a poorly adjusted rainfly (with a toasty dry Husky on my chest!).

285. I love it because it means never again counting the pebbles and treeroots occupying the space just under my back.

286. I love it because I didn't need a new tow vehicle.

287. I love it because I have room to move around even on a rainy day.

288. I love it because I will never again worry that if this *@&$# wet wood won't light in the 300% humidity then I am never going to get breakfast.

289. I love it because it is the largest wheeled backpack I have ever owned. Now I can take WAY more stuff with me!

290. I love it because it was inexpensive enough that I can afford to treat it as an outlet for my creativity.

291. I love it because through it I become a member of an awesome online community.

292. I love it because it gives me the freedom to live anywhere I want.

293. I love it because I can lock the door and take a shower without wondering if my stuff will still be there when I get back.

294. I love it because it makes me feel secure enough to sleep alone in a strange place.

295. I love it because it allows me to separate the wheat from the chaff, the "Why would you do that?"s from the "How cool is that!"s

#296. I love that our '77 13ft Scamp is making it possible for me to camp again inspite of F.M.
#297. I love the gleam in Jim's eye and the excitement in his voice when he dreams up another improvement he wants to make.
#298. I love the ease of being able to go away for the weekend.
#299. And being able to decide to go on Thursday night.
#300. I love that because of Effie (F.iberglass E.gg), I can watch my 16 mo. old grandson experience camping for the first time.

There! I got it to 300. I know there are more reasons why we love our fiberglass. Come on, let's hear from the rest of this group! :jump-r

Thanks Rick,

It was just so perfect - I had a neighbor lady named Effie who always invited us kids into her little house and always had cookies for us. I think of her everytime I go in the camper!

How do I love thee

301: I love thee because we can camp anywhere no matter how thick the cactus, how wet the site, how buggy it might be (bzzzzzz), how rocky it might be, or narrow, or no hook-ups - our Eggtrailer makes everything just right :)

303:
I love it because it has let me meet people from all over the world I never would of had the opportunity to meet any other way.

I went to 303 because we have two 301s - I think :conf
