How important is size?
At a recent Escape rally our 13 foot fiberglass trailer was parked next to a 37 foot Mountain Aire.
How important is size?

My gawd, the slideout is bigger than your trailer. Makes me wonder how many gallons per mile they get towing. Then again, the Mountain Aire looks like it might be fiberglass.

More size matters??
We belong to the Bounders of America. Our regional group invited us to attend the Keene, NH Pumpkin Festival with them. Here we are parked next to the group at the Keene Fairgrounds.
Everyone wanted a personal tour, surprised by all that's packed in and one person went out and Roadtrek.

Keene Pumpkin Festival. This event is worth a trip. Some 25,000 carved pumpkins line their wide Main Street. At night they light them all, just wondrous.

Roy:
According to the specification, the front, back and sides of this unit are fiberglass:
• Gel-Coated Fiberglass End Caps
• Gel-Coated Fiberglass Exterior Sides

As we were leaving Hunting Island State Park last month one gentleman looked at my Egg and said, mainly to himself, "That's nice. No more big boys for me."
Although, if I was staying in one place for several weeks, like so many of the "big boys" do, they would make living more comfortable - but that's just not our style. We like to travel around and the longest we've camped in one spot has been five nights.

One of them big "honkers" pull in next to us. The wife got out with a walkie-talkie to back help back it in.

We "camp" sometimes with the big boys.
Does this campsite make my trailer look big?
They call us cute.

How important is size? It's critical for me. I pull the biggest trailer I can... a 13' Trillium. Smile. Unlike my neighbors, I don't have (and don't need) a dedicated tow vehicle that sits, along with a huge trailer, in my driveway all year. I have everything I need and at 23 mpg towing I can go where I want, when I want.
Yup... size is everything.
