how much is a bathroom cost?

Just out of interest there is a 5th wheel near us for sale. It has the space for a bathroom and supposedly has the tanks for one but one was never installed. So I am wondering how much is it to have one put in? Lets assume we are not able to do this ourselves while we are picking all your brains about how best we would do this. We are like many others in the middle of trying to save our house but planning that if we lose it we would be living in said trailer so there definately would have to be a bathroom
