I thought it might be fun to compare weather in the locations of some of the members from different areas

Lloydminster this Morning

I thought of this because theres nothing to do outside!

Ditto to Alf, weatherwise, and not too far away from there.
I spend the summer camping in Turkey Point, North
shore of Lake Erie, lol!
Cheers & Happy Holidays to all,
despite the greenery we are presently experiencing???

Well down the road from Rick kl by a couple hundred miles. And it has warmed up
it is -30ºC ~ -22ºF, windchill of -41ºC ~ -42ºF

I decided to do Christmas Cards and realized I was mentioning buying a fiberglass trailer, in the news of the last year. I guess my head is in the right place.

It is -2 c ( 28 F) here in Ottawa with Snow again It looks nice and clean outside now, sort of like Christmas. It will be getting quite cold here in a couple of days with highs of -15c ( 3 F ). Nothing like they have out west now though.

This morning it was wet, foggy, drizzling mist, and 40 F that felt like 20, that's that nasty Hill Country weather. It warmed up to 75 with a sun shining like it hasn't in two weeks.
Have a great day, Carmen

That is a persistent myth, but the truth is, you cannot catch a cold from being cold.

The short of it is that exposure to rhino-viruses are the real cause of colds. Colds are spread through mucus or spit getting into another persons mouth, nose and eyes. In cold weather, you'll be more comfortable if you stay dry and out of icy drafts, but you can still only catch a cold if you are exposed to a virus to which you are not immune.

Generally speaking, the weather in Texas today, won't necessarily be the same tomorrow. Today it's sunny and 69 degrees ... tomorrow 39 degrees!

Sunset where the Colorado River (the Texas one), meets the Gulf of Mexico in early December:

That could be John, however. I wasn't just cold.. soaking wet .. Went to funeral Saturday, and it poured when we left. Got caught without an umbrella and a distance to get to my car. Sunday morning I had my cold.. Yup.. cold weather and rain.
