Hunter Compact question

Hey all!

Been trying to fill in the holes with my research on the Hunter Compact trailers, particularly the ll's. I've noticed that even with the ll being the 'luxury' model, they still varied in what was put inside of them (toilet, fridge or icebox, etc). What I haven't been able to really find out is if any of them had a furnace set up in them. I have seen some examples that had a furnace, but I don't know if they came like that or owners down the line put them in.

I'm still in the market for one, and one that was modified from the original won't ruin a chance for me. Just curious if I should wait for one that is in good condition with a furnace or not. I do know of the ceramic pot on the stove trick, but I'd rather have a real furnace or heater if that chance does exist. As well, I don't know how to do h/vac to install said heater either if they don't come with one. I would like something different than an electric space heater that would gobble up electricity in the boonies.

Last request for this thread; if anyone is coming through Utah with their Compact, let me know. I'm still wanting to see one up close as well as ask owner a few questions on the nuances that the trailer gives. I'll buy lunch or something for your troubles.

Thanks for taking your time to respond!

My 1971 Compact Jr. came with a heater. Not sure I'd call it a "furnace". It doesn't have forced air or a fan, just a grate on the inside that the heat comes out of. It's in the cabinetry below the stove. Honestly, I'm considering having it taken out and putting in more storage. Being a "warm weather" camper, I've only ever used it once in all the years I've had the trailer.
