I found an East Tennessee Camping group

Mostly Stick builts but really nice group just like here.
They plan outings in Tenn,Ga,Ala.,etc.

Some of the posts they had are covered in detail here IE: Solar so I got permission from them to reference this board If I need to.

Maybe some of them will convert! I plan to move to East Tenn. someday ( It was supposed to be in June, but the housing market fixed that ) and was looking for locals to meet up with.

This is posted is another place but there is a fiberglass camping club starting in Georgia, Tennessee, & Alabama. Camping trips will start in March of 2008. More trips to be posted later.

So, there's two different web sites touting the same thing... kinda? One for stickies and one for molded fiberglass? Are the sites owned by the same person(s)? Are the campouts going to be combined for both groups (if there are two distinct groups), or are the campouts going to be separate.?

I'm just curious, living on the WET coast don't think I'll be able to join in the fun....

<span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:100%">2 completely different groups. One has nothing to do with the other. The fiberglass group is concentrating on mainly fiberglass type campers within 3 hours of the Chattanooga area.



The ETCC is more up in the Johnson City, TN area (North East)and tend to go to the larger more commercial type parks and have stick type campers

Looked at the egg group and added our name to the map.
Couldn't join the sign up says it is down.
Hoping to do a meet up soon with other campers in TN.
