?????
Cool! Has a gypsy wagon vibe, just needs a wild paint job. And sitting on a mid-sized truck, so it must be fairly light, but well appointed, gauging by the various external doohickeys. Thanks for posting! I'll look forward to the ID...

A prototype, perhaps?

Reminded me of this restored shepherds' wagon I saw in Ketchum, Idaho:

I saw one of these a few months ago in a parking lot in Wisconsin.
It looked really well made and was very cool looking. I waited for a bit to see if the owner would come back (was hoping for a quick tour) but he did not show.
I did not find any badges or identifying stickers. (Badges, we don't need no stinking badges!) if you're old enough you'll get it,

Thanks for sharing that pic. IF I was to own a PU camper, THAT is the one I would want. Would like to see inside pics of it!

Is the only way to be sure I get updates to this thread to reply to it? ( I admit I only scoured this page for 30 seconds) maybe I will try "Rate this thread" next time.

Hi: Borrego Dave... Reminds me of a cement mixer barrel.

That looks like a wood stove inside, also note the lid lifter hanging on the left.

Paul,
The picture of the interior, is the interior of the shepherds wagon, not the camper.

I find it quite ugly but it's got to be roomy with all of that bulk. It's fiberglass and sitting on a Dodge Dakota. I want one! I probably won't be able to afford it, though, if it is new. My camper is a 1972.

You are absolutely right - just causing some thread topic drift here. I would also like to see the inside of the one in #1 post.

Yup me to, but I think someone needs to ID the manufacture of it first!
As it has no labels on it makes me wonder if its a one off - someone did some modifications on a old Scamp?
Dave was it painted or all gelcoat?

It was gel coat Carol. I looked all over it for a builders name, no luck. You can see from the rear view pic a little of the inside but I didn't want to take any closer without the owners OK. I was impressed with it, LP refer, sink, solar panel(s) on the roof and a nice layout too. Maybe they'll be back through here sometime.

I'm sticking with "it's a prototype". If no one has ever seen or heard of it , and it looks professional, why else would a manufacturer take zero credit?
