By definition, YES, that moving house would be an RV.

Interesting concept. Although I think they could have chosen a more RV-design-friendly geometric shape to live in.At least it's not a triangle. LOL.

I don't see the point... if you want it to move, put it on wheels. That's been done almost since the wheel was invented, and this design offers no advantages (in fact, with those rubber tire-like feet it probably has the same disadvantages!)

The bizarre shape makes no sense, either.

The shape and movement would make sense if it has sensors that position it with the path of the sun.

I hope it has leveling sensors

They really built it to show they were thinking 'outside of the box'. However, it might be fun if one had a couple of acres in which to roam.
