Ikea store in denver

For any who might be interested, IKEA has opened a new HUGE store on the South side of Denver. For those of you who are coming to the Cherry Creek State Park Fiberglass Roundup next month, it's about 15 minutes from the Park.
Shirley and I braved the "crazies"today and went out to the store. Had breakfast in their Restaurant and walked our legs off. Fun, but nutso on the weekend. I bought a set of the LED's referred to in this Forum by Kevin and they are NEAT. I'll be putting them in the Casita and probably will add more. $14.99 + Tax, of course.

Thought you might want to know.

Keith

Hi: Keith Williams... IKEA products are great for fiberglass trailers small spaces!!! We have a small set of their magnetic canisters and a small flip top garbage can that actually fits in the cupboard under the stovetop.

Ewwwwww, field trip when I come for the Rally! Sweet! I have been wanting to go, but thought I would wait for the, Store opening madness to settle down. I hadn't even considered it during the rally, but I am sure there will be some that want to take a field trip. Thanks Keith!

Now there you go again, Alf.....showing me pictures of your 5.0. I'm sure we'll be buying lots more stuff there for our Casita. Good ideas there.

Later,

BTW, the Escape $2K incentive discounts are all gone. We're just going to have to wait a bit more. Someday though........

Alf....it's OK. I'll have one one day, you just wait and see.

Wallo & Robin...you ain't gonna believe this store. They are still routing people in and out with "kiddie Kops" Huge attached parking garage there. It's so big, it's almost obscene, but I love it. We'll go for sure.

Robin,
Girl, if you can pull yourself away after just a few hours, you have strong fortitude. IKEA is like a vortex to me. I get sucked in and can't leave until every corner has been explored.
Beam me to IKEA, Scotty!!

Wallo, I have never been in a Ikea store. I have shopped on line but not in a actual store.

Oh you would be surprised at how much shopping I can do in a couple of hours......... In my world I have to shop quick or not shop at all. Plus I don't meander. I don't want to miss something so I try to hit every isle. I am ready! Woot Woot!

Ikeas are set up to meander, seriously there are arrows on the floor that weave people through each area of the store. There is also a restaurant and a smaller bistro, nice clean bathrooms and paper tape measures and note taking paper and pencils all over the store. You never have to leave.

I'm a junky.
