It would have been nicer if the designers: a) ever did any RV camping, if they did it would be very different. b) had a clue how all of those mechanical movements would stand up under road use c) knew anything about
weight distribution, that one will
fall over as soon as the cabin is rotated and, d) didn't think that there was a market for a very small trailer that would cost $100k+.
It reminds me of some of the design ideas that were seen in the "House of Tomorrow" at Disneyland, in 1955.
