In the last nine months Winnebago profits are up by 50% and Motorhome sales are up by 30%. Sales are not like before but according to many analysts the Baby Boomers that have been working 10 to 12 hour days are now retiring and buying many of these RVs. The price of gas is also low and that also contributes to the sales of RVs.

Hi: All...I know that Escape was bracing for the downturn of '08 and was very surprised to find the exact opposite happened. Maybe people want better quality rigs, but more fuel efficient ones also. When folks tour our rig I hear comments about not wanting to tow a big rig, but want all the amenities also.
