I don't see an address or phone number or I'd suggest giving them a call. So...to answer your question, yes, something is wrong here.

Couldn't say if it's a scam or not. Could be an estate sale item and the seller doesn't know what it's worth or the current owner is desperate for cash... or... or.

But notice what AutoTrader says and WE ALL agree:

Looks like it has two locks, one on the hitch and one on the wheels, but no mention of the solar panel, bathroom etc.

If it's not a scam, it's gone by now

Pretty strange.
Not sure why the phone number 450-474-2809 points to CSSS de Coaticook:

-Area code 450 surrounds the Montreal, QC, area.
-Coaticook is a town about 100 miles east of Montreal, where area code is 819.
-In Quebec, a CSSS is a Health and Social Services Centre (CSSS stands for Centre de Santé et Services Sociaux). It's a kind of government-run medical clinic, and they are everywhere in the province. I don't picture them selling a FG trailer, the Coaticook office's phone number is not the one above, and definitly not in the 450 area.
-4 rue tisseur Beauharnois, QC J6N 3A7 seems to be a private residence address in Beauharnois, QC, located in the 450 area just south of Montreal, and could be a probable seller. But Googling this address comes up with a different name and phone number than the one on the ad...
Also I couldn't find this trailer up for sale on the two most popular classifieds websites here in QC, lespacs.com and Kijiji.ca.
So yes, be careful...

Easy way to find out: call the number and ask what address you can see the trailer at. If the reply is something like, "I'm out of the country right now, but if you send the money I'll have it delivered," you have found yourself a scam. If the reply is, "It's at such and such address, when would you like to see it?" it's almost certainly bona fide.

No phone number, but contact link. Seller name: Francis Lavallée.
Located in Mascouche, QC (just north east of Montreal).
The AutoTrader ad also states Mascouche, although the phone number is certainly wrong.
