It coming along

I'm nearing the point where my trailer body is sealed and windows and doors are done. Thanks to my friend Aaron for helping me put the door back on. The door will better straighten out when I put on my lock and weather strip. On the docs of this site there is a great door repair instruction write up. Aaron suggested that if I don't get the curve I like, attach tension wires that both correct the curve and that turns the door into a stringed instrument.

Attached are pictures of the door and some concept drawings of the sofa bunk area at the front and some simple counter and sink ideas (rebuilding the entire inside with plywood and decorating like a Gypsy trailer).

Got the same setup for the water system. I plan to use some lengths of 4" PVC pipe for the gray water. Get to close to the axle and slope it to the same side as the water fill and attach a regular RV dump valve. Saw this on a teardrop site and thought it was a great idea.
