It's been a while...

I haven't been on here in forever. I have been really missing it. But, since we have now sold our 2000-16' Scamp and are getting a 17' Casita-Spirit, it's time to get back in the loop. We had only used the Scamp a few times in the few last years, summers have been so stinking busy. We are hoping next year will be a bit slower, and we can hit the road again. A friend of ours was ogling our Scamp, so we let him take it away, hoping he will get as much enjoyment out of it as we have. We will be ordering our new Casita tomorrow, and hoping to be able to pick it up in Sept. Which is fine, since again, we are busy till then! We are hoping to link up with a bunch of you on our trip down and back. And I am sure I will be checking in with all the remods to see how we can change it up a bit! SO excited, to try a new camper, and compare, and start fresh again.

Oh ya. We also have a 2004-22' Airstream for sale if anyone wants to upgrade. We are not ASers, we have discovered. And even tho we love it, we have used it about 10 times since we bought it in 2007. Such a waste. Hopefully we can move that out too.

from what you've said, you'll obviously enjoy your new Casita.
If you are looking for useful mods to it, I recommend getting in contact with Little House Customs Store | Little House Customs. Quite a few people drive their new Casita directly from the factory at Rice to LHC for mods and upgrades and have a delightful stay at the LHC facility.
