It's official-I'm in LOVE...

With Escape!
I went to the Bluebonnet Rally this weekend, and finally had a chance to really snoop around other eggs! Thank you to all of the new people I met and some old fishing buddies I ran into.

Escape now has my heart, which one....? I dunno....

While I did like the 19... The 5er really made me swoon! I would like the 19 a little bigger, yes, the soon to be 21 would be great!
BUT..... If Reace were to come out and say they would do 5er the same width as the new 21....I'd go right now and camp out in their front yard until it was finished

They would need new molds to widen the 5er, so don't hold your breath, it would take a while even if they decided to do it. Maybe call and ask if there's any thought of doing such a thing, then you'll know whether to wait or not.

If I were given those choices, I'd sure get a lot more projects done around the house and the shop!

It's sure a quality product. Hope you enjoy it for many years! The more you like it, the more you'll take care of it, then the more you'll like it!

Hi Vicki,

I think the models are more similar than different. Things like the components, quality and price are pretty much the same. So, just answer a few simple questions and you're there.

Dining room, front or rear?
Exterior width, 6' 8"', 7', or 7' 4" ?
Towing length, 15', 19', or 21'?
Tow vehicle desired, pickup or not?

It's all fun and there are no wrong answers.

You forgot their 17' which is really 17' 8", which is a very popular trailer in these parts.

I would hope to be able to full time in an Escape at some point in my life, the reason for really wanting the larger body size.

Marv, hope you saw on the E. forum, my many thanks to you, Vicki and Steve!

To answer some questions...
Rear dining
Interior width more of an issue for me
Tow length - not important
And yes, a pickup - I live my truck!

Hi Carol,

I was really just referring to Vicki's possible choices. The 5.0, while something over 19 feet long, adds just under 15 feet to my towing length.

Vicki, see, you're getting there already. A few more decisions and you will be on the phone with Tammy. Wasn't that easy?
