We are going to good old Lake George in NY. Love it and can't wait to leave!

We are off to southern Oregon on that weekend to camp around Siskiyou National Forest and the Oregon Caves. We are picking up our daughter on that Saturday. We haven't seen her for five weeks because she has been working in the forest/mountains for Northwest Youth Corps. Unfortunately, we only get part of the weekend for camping. I have to fly to Boston on Labor Day. :sad

We are not camping Labor Day Weekend. It's too crowded on the big holiday weekends. :cry

I hope that we can go camping a lot in September, October and maybe even November. :thumb

Five days at the Grays Harbor County Fairgrounds (Elma, Washington)...it's a Rod and Customs show called the Unfinished Nationals. Everything I own is ''Unfinished''!!

Hey Steve, I'll wave as you drive by. I live just off the Northway (I87) north of Albany. I won't be camping anywhere yet because I don't pick up my trailer until Sept. 19. This waiting is getting real old.

Eureka Springs, Ark to meet our brother and compare new RV's - his is a small stick built but he is very interested in the fiberglass trailers now that we have ours.:L

This will be our first real trip since we got our 5er home and added our own personal touch to it. The hubby actually got the weekend and a couple extra days off because all of his staff took vacations earlier this summer and now have kids in school. That means we can drive home on Tuesday and not have to fight traffic! :cblob

Charles - don't know when you're heading back from Shelbyville but if you come by this way on 121 feel free to stop by and see the rig.

God bless you crazy campers and have safe trips one and all. I refuse to fight traffic, so I will go 2 weeks later on the 14th during the middle of the week. I realize I am fortunate that I can do this. My husband will be at meetings in Chicago, and I am taking the 10 days off to relax and not do housework or remodeling. Amen!
