Last time

the outside compartment hits me in the head. Being fiberglass do you think I can two way tape a small velcro to side of camper and to the compartment to hold up? I've done so much research, nothing will work for fiberglass ...thanks, Brenda

If you're talking about a compartment door holder, they're common. My trailer came with one, but you can pick them up at Camping World or just about any place that sells RV accessories. Pop Rivets are the usual way to install it.

Brenda, if what Robert posted is what you need, it can easily be installed on FG, rivets or double sided tape. Not sure why you say nothing will work on FG .

You could undo the door from the trailer and flip it upside down and then the door would hang downward instead of having to hold it upward

Outside compartment in a Parkliner? Mine does not have one. Got pics?

I put small hydraulic lifts on most all my interior storage compartment doors, but you do need fiberglassing skills to do it.
