It depends on the day you are checking in. I am checking in on Sunday so it was open today for Sunday check-in. You will have to adjust according to your arrival date. I assumed that most people would understand this.

She would not take any reservation at all and told me to call back in 4 days, so I shall.

I made my reservations on line at lbl.org. It again depends on the arrival date.
