"snug as a Bug in a Rug" A warm 34 degrees today here in Reading Pa.... Took a ride to Lancaster Pa today (Amish country) about 35 miles from the house just to get out and do something. Can't wait for spring.

Smile winter photos of 08

Here are some pics of our Lady-Bug in March of 2008. Had to dig her out to get to my new job in the White Mountain National Forest in New Hampshire.
1st pict is the Boler buried and had a time keeping the grand-kids from sledding onto it.

Over a foot brought winter to New Hampshire last Wednesday. Another inch last night. 'Sure would be nice to uncover the EggCamper and point it toward Florida.

our Casita

Our Casita is snugly tucked away in the pole barn wait a mountian of snow in front of the door. But here is a picture of our house, as you can see it is small too.

Does This Look Fun

The view from the porch and that's the closest I get to icefishing.

Say why don't you unwrap your boler and join us for alittle winter camping. We, along with another couple go to the Blackberry Crossing campground on the Kanc, just out of Conway New Hampshire almost every Tuesday night. Weather permiting, the other fella plowes snow,so if snow is in the forcast we call it off.

Hi Gerry, I could tell you that my new tug isn't set up for towing yet and that would be true, or I could say that there's no electric along the Kanc and mine is the electric version of the EggCamper (not a Boler) (also true), and although I have a generator and could easily power my electric heater, but the real reason that I'll pass on your invitation is that I'm just way beyond winter camping these days. A younger Ron woulda been there in a heartbeat.

minus 15 degree F. last Friday night

Well Ron, none of us are as young as we use to be.
I work in a campground in Chocorua and stay in my 28 footer and trying to keep that heated last week with -15F, was a bit of a chore.
I would have been much better staying in the 13ft Boler heating the smaller space would have been easier.
