Here is all we've done so far, as you can see, a trip to Rice was included in this. However, we are heading for Washington State this fall so will be adding many more states. Yeah!

[quote] Boy, we've got a long way to go to catch some of you birds, this summer will be a biggy though with Bullards beach, OR in the offering. After this trip you can visit Karen and I in the local paupers prison, will have to let you know where at a later date, not sure where in the trail we'll run out of money

This is a terrific thread ... don't know how we missed seeing it before What fun to see where others have been on FG Egg-ventures!

Here is the map of our travels with the GeezerEgg since claiming it in Liberty, MO in June of 2004. As we began full-timing on August 26th, we look forward to adding color to lots more states. Happy holidays and all good things in the New Year! L 'n D

None of the travels below could have happened without the assistance of this site. Thanks to everyone who helped with words of advice. Let's hope everyone has a wandering kind of new year.

Casita travels from Borrego Springs to Cape Flattery, a lot of miles for only 3 states.

Five states and five provinces --

Not bad considering we only got ours at the end of May. (and packed it away for the winter the first week of November)

One of the benefits of our fiberglass RVs is that they can just pick up and go with us just about anywhere. During my life I have traveled to the majority of the states in the US, Pueto Rico, a couple of Canadian Provinces, Mexico, and Germany. HOWEVER, I've only had my Casita for four years so it hasn't traveled as much as I have. Although I try to go as often as I can, sometimes I just can't take her. Plus, Texas is a BIG state and she doesn't get to cross the borders that often, but I do like to see where all she's been.

You can make two maps: One for places visited in the US and one for places in Canada.

[b]Remember, only those places that your trailer has been.
Looks to me like one would have to spend a lot of time and money to get bragging rights for this one. My wife isn't retired yet so we won't make any significant changes until she does. Like many others we did a lot of travelling pre FGRV but that doesn't count. Alaska, Labrador, and the Grand Canyon area are on our to-do list.

We may never get as much color as some already have because we tend to travel the scenic route(slow) and get easily distracted(slower). There was a time when I traveled from Toronto to Vancouver return in two weeks(flew close to the ground) in a new Mustang convertible. It's hard to look at the scenery when it's going by that fast. Now we don't go as fast but I think we enjoy more.

What a fun site. I might have to plan a space for a stick-on map in the boler. We were away adding states, and a lot of national parks to our travels when this started.

Anyway, we're doing pretty good. A few states left to go, and a major Canadian trip. If that all works out, we may try south to the Panama canal.

So far we're up to about 37,000 miles in a number of trips.

Hi Alf S,

Just didn't get it right, did we! Maybe when it gets warm again we'll drag it to Lansing, MI to visit my sister. Could bag a bunch of states with different routes coming and going!

Well so far we've covered these states.

Montana was on our route but we got snowed out in Jackson Hole on our way to West Yellowstone in July '05 go figure. Oh well maybe next year.

Boy you sure can tell where one's home state is from most of these maps
