Max air Window Fans/Vents

How hard would it be to install a rooftop max air fan into a window
seeing as the company who owns them now is not making the window Fan.?

Probably somewhat like installing a room air conditioner in the window; you'd have to build a surround.

:I think your right about that but as it is flat glass I could go to a glass shop and figure out something there that would make it more permanent. I often wonder why they quit making the Jalousie windows and went to sliders that let in rain?? Big mistake in my books.

This doesn't really answer your question, but a reasonable substitute is an Endless Breeze fan hung in the window. It's easy to set up when you need it, as the hooks provided fit over the upper window edge (they do in my Scamp 13). I wouldn't want to block my view with anything permanent.
