Meat in the Freezer

We just arrived back in Iowa after a week of hunting in Montana. My husband got a Muley buck and doe, and a white tailed doe and we have yet to hunt in Iowa. The trip back was a little hairy but at least this time we were not pulling a uhaul full of stuff. My youngest is looking forward to my jerky since he lives too far away to get any meat. We will head back to Wisconsin and pick up Mutsy, who I boarded. Maybe she will forgive me for doing that when she sees the deer bones.
