I grew some OKRA in our ''containers'' this year and had me a mess of um last night. Yum yum. Boiled them suckers up, put butter, salt & pepper on em and gobbled em down.

Problem is--- you gotta eat a whole one at a time cause they're so slimy you can't get a grip on em to cut em. Yum - yum. Grab one and pop him in.

I wish! We don't get enough hot sun during the summer months (up here in the mountains and forest) to grow okra. Though next year I might try potted okra like Keith mentioned in an earlier posting.
