Actually, I am just coming up to the point where I will have lived in Washington as long as I have lived in Wisconsin.

I remember: Bubbler, Door County Fish Boil, Gertie the Duck* (THAT really dates me), Schlitz, Pabst, Miller, Gettleman's, Marshfield, Blatz, Point, schnibblings, Kearney & Trecker, (used to work there), the 'souse side', Jones' Island, Laverne & Shirley, the Circus Parade, the 6th, 16th, 27th & 35th street viaducts, Militaires Drum & Bugle Corps, Lake Band, the Electroliners, Chicago, Milwaukee, St Paul & Pacific, Marquette University (met my wife there), The Dells, American Motors, House on the Rock, Bradford Beach, Lake Michigan freezing over, Cave of the Mounds, Wisconsin Tower, Clark Gas, Halfway House, Mader's, Karl Ratzsches, George Webb, Piggly Wiggly, custard, WOKY, etc.

Thanks for the trip down memory lane!

Come to Brown County. I don't think we've ever had a Boler at our spring OR fall rally in Indiana.

Central Illinois here. Don't own yet, but I really would like to get a tour of one or two. I'm booked solid for September, but the "Fall on the MS" sounds really interesting. I'd love to drop by for a day.

How many of you are from the U.S. Midwest,Say within 3-400 miles of Chicago? Just curious, I know of a few of you, but the rest must be lurking or always out camping or something!
We are from the Northern Lower Peninsula of Michigan near Traverse City. Still working on our 83 Burro; so first real trip is to Tin Can Tourist Rally in Milford Michigan 3rd weekend in September. Usually lots of fiberglass campers show up.

I hail from the great midwest too. St. Louis (Rock Hill is a suburb) been my home for the last 70 years or so.
Wanna have a good time? Visit Branson, MO the home of the transplants (and I don't mean medical)
How about the great lake just south of our capitol - Lake of the Ozarks - just a bit south of Jefferson City.

Lots of stuff to do in Missouri... travel to Indiana, or Colorado, or Texas, or Fla.

Lots of stuff...

Don't wait too long. The park is filling up fast. As dry as it is this year the weekend of the 14th could be peak leaf veiwing weekend.

I was born and raised in LaCrosse, WI. My husband grew up near Winona, MN (30 miles upriver on the Mississippi from me). We now live near Winona (Pickwick, MN).

One thing I've noticed about fiberglass get-togethers is that they welcome any campers. I attended my first Scamp camp in a Fleetwood pop-up, and the host of last years LBL rally showed up in an A-Liner.

You mentioned Electroliners. I rode on them, but they were then called Liberty Liners after being purchased by the Red Arrow Lines in PA.
