We brought home our new to us 1988 Bigfoot 19 footer. We are pleased! a very solid trailer. The frame is pretty rusty (surface) so when I bring it out of storage this spring it will get steel brushed and painted. Otherwise, apart from needing a good exterior wash, it is in great shape. It was well looked after.

Nice trailer....
Prices will probably jump soon on used Bigfoots due to the closing, so you probably bought ahead of the news being really out there.

Congrats. I'm not familiar with the 19, post some pics up for us.

Congrats, did you use a flash on the camera? or is that the glow from the grin reflected back? Please send pics.

Bill D.D.,
Great find, but I can't imagine the frustration of owning it and facing the winter months wanting to use it.
This goes under the heading of building patience by testing it!!!
In any case the reality is, you've now purchased it and the biggest step towards camping is behind you.

As everyone else has said, CONGRATULATIONS!

Congratulations Bill,

I have never been inside a 19 footer and hope to someday soon. It looks like a very nice trailer. Have fun with it and maybe we will see you at next years Bigfoot rally here in Colorado.

and congratulations on finding a great trailer. We wish you safe journeys and many, many happy memories. Oh ... and we DO love to photos! Perhaps we'll all get to meet you & your 19 at one of the Oregon rallies? Take care, L 'n D

That's it... yes the clock works!

The cushions have new foam, but looking at the brochure that came wityh, I suspect it's the original fabric.

Might use it for a winter camp in January, we'll see.

Looks good, Bill. Be sure to check out the Bigfoot Owners Club website if you haven't already. The members are determined to keep it going after the factory closing. Vintage Bigfoots will always be valuable with or without the factory making new ones. Hope to see you out there.
