Drove past a dealership in Puyallup today, they have two of the new Northernlite trailers. I wish I'd had time to stop, but I didn't. Found their website, they have a few pics http://www.southhillrv.com/. Price, ouch.

Hefty price on that 2008 Northernlight- $22,000.. maybe that's Canadian? How does that compare to a Scamp or Casita 16?

That trailer doesn't look like a 16-footer to me. They must be including the tongue. And $23,000 seems a wee bit steep. Must be $Can. Even so, that's a lot.

At this time the Canadian dollar is only worth $.08 more than U.S.
I can't belive that price!

Unhappy

They always include the tongue, a 16' Scamp or whatevery has 13' of camper space a 13' Scamp has about 10' of camper space, etc.

Thumbs up

I was a little frustrated that they did not include pictures of the front. I had seen a Northern Lite at the Oregon Gathering that had a "Hybrid" sleeping compartment that folded out of the front, like on a pop-up type trailer. No mention of that here.

Jim,
I was just visiting Langley, BC and the Canadian dollar is worth $.08 LESS than the US dollar. However, it is the highest value against the USD since 1977. Estimates are that it will be par with USD by 2010, just in time for the Winter Olympics in Vancouver!!

That's because it doesn't have one.

Google is your friend.

Seems a tremendous waste of space, and the lack of a permanent seating area would be a pain.

It IS a nice looking rig, however.

Nice but it still has a tiny bed. 49" wide.
