Hi, Ed! Our Scamp13 is our rolling home and we have used a 'privacy cabana' many times. Most of our usage has been in BLM dispersed camping areas where things are pretty casual, but we have used it in Forest Service CG's as well. Under normal conditions I don't think it would go over well in a 'commercial' RV park/resort, but this season in Quartzsite we set up ours during a short period when the park showers were inoperable (don't ask!).
Our unit is a StanSport which my daughter ordered from Cabela's or one of those outdoor suppliers (about $50). It works great for the porta-pottie, then when we shower we just set the pottie outside, drop a Coleman battery-operated shower pump into a kettle of warmed water and voila - squeeky clean in 2 gallons or less. Lately we even bypassed the shower apparatus and just poured water with a large measuring cup. To collect the grey water we stand in the bottom portion of the storage tub that holds the shower stuff when traveling. When finished, the grey water is drained into the dump drain at our site or into our 'blue boy' for transport to the CG dumpstation. This has worked well for us for over 3 years. YMMV - good luck and happy camping. L 'n D
