My Egg Hatching

Here are a few photos I took today as my little egg was hatching from winter storage.

We found this cute little 1992....13' \and bought it today. No inside photos yet, he wants to take it in and make sure the bearings are good, and get it all cleaned up for us.

This is just the cutest little thing. Now we will be able to take this out west in May instead of staying in the motels.

I LOVE IT... I just know that I'm going to be a happy camper.

Mary Ann

PS, I had a wanted post on here, I don't know how to delete it or update it. I hope someone can help me do it.

Wow... it's practically NEW compared to the 1984 Scamp 13 that we bought last fall. We're having lots of fun with ours... I'm sure you'll enjoy yours!

NO rocks NO weeds and you can go out into the water about 300 feet and it will be only be 4 or 5 feet deep. Also a very nice campground , been here many times.

Kevin, McCarthy Beach is just Beautiful. It's about an hour from here. When my kids were small, we camped out there a lot. They have the most beautiful sunsets. Back in the 70's, my husband I would take a ride out there on the Harley with a 6pk, and just to lay on the beach and watch the sunsets. O BOY...Those were the days...lol.

Mary Ann,

I just went on the website to see where in MN is McCarthy Beach SP. The site says the entry road is knee deep in snow and therefore there is no drive in camping there at the moment.

Well darn...

Hey spring is just on the way. I know you'll enjoy that little trailer.

Joy A. I see that you're from Cal. Yes, All the beaches in Minnesota are froze up with tons of snow this time of the year. We are only about 40 miles from McCarthy Beach. We still have, I'm guessing 3 feet plus of snow on the ground up here. I'm so tired of winter, and I have cabin/camping fever really bad right now. We will be heading west for 2 weeks in May, so we will be able to use the Scamp than.

Hi, I posted a want ad on craigs list, and on here. I'm not sure how he found me. I will try to remember to ask him when we pick it up this weekend.

It's a very nice, and well taken care of camper. New tires last year, new battery, screen door , Potti never used. Very nice awning, not the scamp awning. Roof vent, front window cover. All wood cabinets, (Deluxe Model). Nice and close to home, about 125 miles. He wanted to take it in and clean inside and out, and make sure all the lights and wheels bearings were taken care. I'm a seamstress, so I will redo all the cushions and curtains to my style. Such a pleasant guy to work with.

Your Scamp has a case awning, the same as Casita uses. Have the seller show you how to open and deploy the awning. It's super easy, but different.
