Naming your trailer

I have always been delightfully amused at the loving "nicknames" that people christian their fiberglass trailers - you would never see me referring that way to a JAYCO or COLEMAN! Anyway, I think we need a link to naming your trailer:

Here are some ideas: Last fall my family and I drove through a campground here in Iowa and came across an old, old "canned ham" similar to a teardrop. We just had to stop and talk with the fellow. He said, oh yeah, this is what I call my "mini-maxi pad!" Well, we got a chuckle out of that. But we laughed a little more when we caught the sign in the back window that said "The Holiday Inn".

We own a Scamp and are looking for a good name - I've seen the "Waldorf Scamptoria"...Now I am drawing a blank for the other good ones I've seen - help me out!

we had a thread, but it kind of died out, so maybe this will get some more names. I have always liked naming.

Mine is Buttercup after much switching and changing of minds.
all you have to do is look at her. she is a cup with something like butter on top and the name rolls off the tongue like melted butter on a hot biscuit. <img src=http://www.fiberglassrv.com/board/uploads/3e57b9142f9a7yumyum.GIF/> yum-yum so the name.

the other thread, but there are many who have not told their tt name and the history if there is one.

Trailer Name

Snuggy Buggy - everyone can tell by looking at our trailer why we named her that.

Monikers

>>you would never see me referring that way to a JAYCO or COLEMAN

No, kidding! In fact, when I first got my rolling bungalow (you may have a travel trailer, but I have a rolling bungalow), everyone kept pushing me for a name. Name, you say? Name a trailer? Well, she now has several names. Seems they just kinda grow on you until they become a real good friend. When was they last time you said ''HEY, YOU!'' to a friend? So after much ado, she became Prairie Rose, the Rolling Bungalow. Course, her nickname is BareNaked Lady (like the Rock Group). Not because she is musically inclined, because she only has one of her original stickers on her. So, she is now and forever, a rolling bungalow. Her name? Well, right now she is all duded up in 50's Cowgirl, so the name fits. Next week, who knows?

Don't worry about naming him/her. It'll come to you. ;)

Ummmm....name a Jayco? I dunno. Name a trailer? Hey, look out who your talkin' to, pardner. I ain't got no trailer, I got a best friend! ;)

Renee' just noticed in your profile your a farmer. maybe the TT could be the White Barn. In Stillwater,OK they have a *WhiteBarn* they use for weddings, and at one time was a antique store. but maybe you spend too much time in the barn already. My Uncle was a farmer, so I'm trying to think of something, but all I see are cow's and wheat, and cotton. Cotton.. your own little cottonball. :) maybe I better stop.

hmmmm,

I'm thinking "itty bitty"

My husband brought an orphan kitten home a few months ago that we had to bottle feed - He quickly was named "itty bitty kitty!"
