Need help with a new Trillium 4500 project

Salutation egg owner! I post to annonce you I found a good condition Trillium 4500 (front bathroom/love seat) 1980 camping trailer for my sister/brother in law, I will tow this egg in my garage next week for a full cleaning and shine restoring job. Some mod already take place on the long list of my brother in law... Here some important mod on the list.

Remove the love seat and install a shower pan +plumbing (If possible)
Add a door for the front bathroom
Add a electric on demand water pump
Add a 3 gallons water heater
Converter upgrade (3 stage charging 40A)
Add a solar system (roof panel 50w+)
add a AGM battery (100A)

I will need help from other 4500 owner to get all spec for this egg, I need to know what capacity the black (and/or) grey tank got, does anyone ever add a bigger tank? Anyone got picture of a front bathroom with shower model? Anyone add a water heater? Your answers are welcome!

Well thank you your Liz! Progress will be post in the mod section with picture (before and after) ,I already try to slow down my B&L a bit, not easy to overcome all the joy this folks feel! They have camp in a tent for 10 years! He's 54 and he act like a kid in a candy store! I'm so glad for them But someone have to keep a cold head and show the priority .
