No- just 40 years away from my high school Latin classes.
They're so long ago that I can't decipher the meaning of the Latin words at the bottom of Roger CH's posts.
As I do retain enough of the rudiments to ask simple questions, I thought it most courteous to ask for a translation in the same language he's choosing to use...

Truth be told, it's gotten me to thinking about coming up with a Latin Motto of my own...fascinating possibilities there!
There's a famous story about a Latin Phrase over the student union door at the U. of Wa.
Twenty years after it went up, somebody finally translated it.

It turned out to be Alfred E. Newman's "What, me worry?" from Mad Magazine.

thanks for all your input

Blue Pearl is headed out on a shakedown cruise even though there are still lots of things that need to be repaired and or redone. we have had the propane redone, a new coupler and axle, new foam and loads of little things. hopefully she will tow great, we will have heat and the bed will be comfy

Well Blue Pearl made her maiden voyage with us last week. Pulled great even in the mountains. It was nice to be able to take the dogs on a trip with us as most motels dont take them anymore. We saw lots of wildlife did a little hiking, picnicing and had some nice evenings by the fire

Jasper National Park was awesome but now my "trailer to do" list is much larger

Alan

ps surfside six... i am pretty old and i dont remember that one

SURFSIDE 6 was a TV series between 1960-1962 with TROY DONAHUE, a Miami Beach detective living on a Houseboat with the address of "SURSIDE 6" docked across for the Fontainblue Hotel in Miami Beach (At that period Miami Beach was known for its elderly Jewish population)

I always thought it would be cool to live on a boat.

You just have to remember to get off on the dock side or you get very wet.

Yes I have lived on my boat.

Cheap TRILL....ok...maybe not. I like petunia, though.
OH! How about TRILLby, with a little graphic of the real deal tipped on the capital T?
