Just wanted to say hello, I have been lurking here since I picked up my 13' Boler in early December. You guys and gals have saved me so much time and $ money I wanted to say thanks! As far as the Boler is concerned it is going through a frame off restoration and should be on the road by mid summer fall if all goes well.

Glad to have you aboard. I have an 80 Boler 13' called Ladybug and I know the design are almost the same. I got mine in the fall of "05" and didn't do a thing to it until after the first trip where things that needed improvements or fixing showed up. The first thing I found out was 2 adults and 1 nine year old grand-son causes alot of condensation on the inside walls when it is raining outside all weekend.
When I got home I installed a 12 volt fan with its base mounted in the range vent and taken off when we cook, and this keeps the air flow with the window open a crack to take out 90% of this water vapor.
AS I am sure if your going so far as a frame off you will do it all up right.
I would hate the though of haveing to take the frame off mine...to much like work.

Welcome Dan, Take lots of pictures- We love pictures. Take your time and enjoy the restoration. Still not finished with the Play pac. Mostly decorating and small stuff now.
I also took mine on a maiden voyage for 5 days to find out how it would do before rest. Amazing how many things you can come up with to improve a small camper,
especially with this site with so many folks giving you ideas. Again make it enjoyable. Bill

I followed the link but it was dead, if that was the one around Red Wing MN. that is the one I purchased. Funny thing is, if found the trailer before I found this site (but not by much)

Dan,
Glad you've joined us, post often & add your wisdom to the site. That is what makes this work. There is nothing like a "think tank" when attempting to solve a problem or firm up a concept.
