New Home for 96 Scamp 13'

Hi All, I have been away from the forum for sometime now because with have been without a fiberglass trailer. But I have sold my truck camper lately and have now purchased a 96 Scamp 13', and this will make 4 that I have owned. 3 13'ers and 1 16'er. This one is pretty much standard with the bunks in the front, awning, 3 way fridge. It is in excellent hardly used condition, and I'll be making a few mods I'm sure. I just brought it home yesterday and this morning I fixed a gas leak @ the fridge in the burner. Now its purrrring like a kitten. It was important that I got the lp on the fridge working as we boondock most of the time. So now the wife is going to make the curtains, and then we will go camping. I also put in a new lp tank, and marine battery. Later this summer I'll do a complete re-rivet, which I've done before. A real inspiration has been DannyH with what he did with his older Scamp. I'm still going to look for a Scamp that I can gut and do something similar like he did. What a beautiful job he did. Tim

I just thought of a question about the bunk beds in my Scamp. Does anyone know of some device to keep a kid from falling off the top bunk ? Does Scamp have something or has anyone made something ? Thanks,Tim

Thanks Dan my mods are better than my attempts at photography! I have a flickr site but your the last person I would tell where it is! :-) I look at your photos and ask how the heck did he manage to do that!!!

I should also add that most of my mod ideas are borrowed from the Queen of Mods Joy!

Carol, I belong to a camera club and help judge for other clubs. Looking at lots of photo's and asking tons of questions helped see what makes a good shot. I enjoy looking at all types of images, so if you ever want to send your site info, feel free.
