I was out and about yard saleing yesterday and found what I was looking for. I nice simple Classic Schwinn Cruiser.

This classic bike was made in the Good ol' USA in Chicago,Il July 1974. This little baby weighs about 200lbs and is rock solid. No no no,,, its a beast but it dont weigh no 200lb.

It rides like a dream and rolls true and smooth. I little bit rusty, but its still very trusty.

Its missing a few parts...fenders, chain guard that I know of. Perhaps a few other as well.

Im still learning about it. I think it will be a nice add on for the 84' UHaul.

Anyone in the group into old bikes? Does anyone have a bike that is the same vintage as the trailer?

I know alot of folks bring bikes with them, just dont know if they bring the old one out.

This is a pic of my badboy.

I saw this little gem at a sale on Rt11 in Christiansburg, Va and after a test drive I offered $20.....Sold...What a deal, huh? I gave it a quicky tune up and cleaned it a bit and took er on a little trip along Bisset Park down by the New River today.

Oh to be a kid again....I love it.

convinced me to get one. I bought a newer version a three speed with the old Sturmey Archer gears and foot brakes. I got it at Canadian Tire. Same as this but a different colour.

A collectors item>
Way to go! Looks like an original seat. Are you going to put the wide whites back on?
Fenders and it'll look like a classic
