Trailer: 1986 Burro
Posts: 6
Hello all, We made the plunge into fiberglassing last weekend with our ebay purchase and subsequent travel to Ohio to pick up our 13' BURRO.....We are now in the midst of -20 weather. YIKES>> But, everyday we survive this cold is another day nearer spring and summer and our virgin voyage with HANK.. ( I don't think that will be the real name of the burro, but I needed to give it some personallity while it sits empty, waiting) we have been pop-up tent campers for the last couple of years and have enjoyed venturing into out of the way places with it, now a new chapter begins and we hope to have new adventures (as Frodo once said...."you can never have enough adventures") hope to get advice and insight into the world of EGG camping from all you fine folks........STAY WARM :

Congratulations! You'll really enjoy your little egg. I still like to go out into ours and just sit, dreaming about the adventures to come. (We just got ours at the end of this past summer so it's still a little new to us.)

Welcome Denise and Michell to the wonderful world of fiberglass campers. I am happy that there is another Wisconsin person on board. Sometimes I feel lonely in the Cheesehead State because there aren't many of us here. I live just outside of Baraboo. Where are you located? It is supposed to warm up today, all the way up to 0 degrees (F.)

One thing that I am surprised nobody has said yet--post pictures because you will hear about it if you do not.

Stay warm and safe.

Dennis and Michele,
Welcome to the board! We also found our FG trailer on the internet, in Ohio,in 2002.Saw a Burro locally just before we bought the Scamp.
Consider the FG rally at Leech Lake in June, check under that section in the forums.Open to all FG campers, not just Scamps.
