I think for us, besides love'n road trips, If I would have had a patience to wait for a new one, I don't think it would have been much more than what I paid for a 2007. Plus I would have gotten all the options I wanted, like flooring, versus carpet (I am not a carpet on the floor fan). Would have gotten the
awning just so I don't have to mess with it now. Not that I don't love our
Casita, I would have just had more options put on than what came with the one we bought.
Totally agree Gene about them holding their values, I think that holds true for most if not all
fiberglass eggs. Cause I see some older ones that are probably selling for more than original price. I would love to know what some of the 60's era eggs
sold for originally. It's not to say that they are not worth it, As my Dh has said forever, It's worth whatever someone is willing to pay.
