Lots of tweaking left to do. We had planned on refining it and working through the glitches before merging with the new system, but it didn't quite work the way we had planned. When we went from the original forum to the last one in 2003, it was almost flawless. The only reason anyone knew that we changed was the look.

This time is going to be different; I'm really sorry, but we'll have to work on it out here in the open. Thanks for your patience.

Yeeee Haaaw, progress---we love it! Its appropriate for Thanksgiving!

With this reply, I'd add a different smilie, but there are only these 3 showing . all the others have been replaced with smilie smilie smilie, etc. When clicking on Show All some show the picture, and others show the description of that smilie. Something to add to the list, but basically we're just glad the site is back.

...I hope that if someone else responds between two of my responses, my posts will still be separated to maintain the order of the thread.
I have two posts in the same thread (e.g. Fixing my bolers leaking windows..., and now this one), and they are indeed kept separate and in order, so it looks like that part works fine.

Information is good. Lack of information is not so good, but misinformation is much worse. Check facts, and apply common sense liberally.

Just wanted to bring y’all up to date.

We, all the Moderators are tweeking and trying to get our site back. I found three files today left over from the hacking. One was a Back door so they could come back :76: They have been deleted.

You will probably see things jump around and either get better or not as we adjust the settings. The Admin is very complex and has hundreds of files. So finding the correct file and changing the setting to our liking is complex and doesn’t always work.

Today a SPAMMER did some site scrapping and grabbed “”. They created a SPAM email with “” in the from of the email. Be assured, I never have used that and it is from another server.

Thank You for your patience. :4:
