Hi, I am new and just trying this out. I just got a 1971 Compact Jr this weekend. It's in ok shape and I am looking forward to using it this fall. I have a few things to do to it and I only have a few questions to ask. Does someone know where I could find a tail light cover, as it is missing one? I would also like to find a rim for a spare tire.

Hi Justin!
Welcome to FGRV-ing! I hope you have a great time in your new (to you) Compact Jr! You might want to check out the "RV Parts" section in the "Helpful Links" on the left side of this page. Hope you find just what you need.

Hi Justin
Welcome to this forum.
I also had a Compact J. I had exact same problems. I got spare tire rim from Auto Wrecking yard and I just bought new square type tail lights from a RV parts store. The whole thing cost less than $35.00 CDN

Welcome to the world of Compact Jr. I just bought new rims and tires from Dunn Tire. They told me all 4 lug 13" ring are the same, I don't know if that is true but the rims I got fit. I do have an old rim but I think the cost of shipping would be more then the rim is worth. Good luck with your trailer

new tail light

I lost a lens several years ago and couldn't find a replacement. I bought 2 new Bargman 92s. I like them, they're brighter than the old tail lights.

I followed Tom's lead and got the Bargman 92's. However just one of the lens was cracked, and therefore the new Barman's. I still have the original lens, and assembly saved somewhere. Your canary yellow is the same as my original paint color (now repainted). I don't remember if there was left/right side lens.
