New to this forum stuff
Thought I would try to post a photo or two.
We have a 1977 Trillium 4500 and this is our second season. Just got back from a wonderful three week trip to the California Redwoods and the Dinkey Creek Wilderness area above Fresno.
Really like this Web site/forum.

Whoopi, It worked!
Now that I see the pictures and it's Friday, I want to go camping again.

another Trill
Hi Jeff,
Great looking Trillium!
I noticed you have a cover over the burners of the stove. I should do that with mine. It would give more room and keep it cleaner I'm sure.
Here is a look at mine.

Very cool trailer. Is it just me, or are the Trilliums just the coolest?

you bet!
Yes, I do believe the Trillys are the greatest.
I made a trip of nearly 600 miles round trip to get mine. I could hardly contain myself driving home with it.
Some friends of mine christened it by having a lunch party for 6 in it!
We had shrimp quiche and fine wine.:r
They had a ball!

plaid carpeting
Deb,
Yes It's plaid.
I'm sure it is original as it matches the seat cusions
I keep it covered up most of the time. I think it is kinda neat to have all that '70's stuff.
A trip back in time.
I have the original brochure for this trailer. It is a hoot. It has a Dodge Dart (or something like that ) pulling the Trillium on the cover.
I'll try to get it scanned in sometime.

Buying the Trillium
Bonnie,
We couldn't find one close either. We didn't know a Trillium from a toadstool. Just wanted an egg and didn't even know how much I wanted one. Gave up looking and made an offer on a Fiberglass MiniMotor Home. Told the guy to get back to me that night if he wanted to accept my offer. (He called 4 nights later) The very next day, I found an ad for my Trillium and the guy lived TWO BLOCKS AWAY! YIPPEE! We are truly in love with it. I'll post some more pictures of our trip. Here's one from Eureka CA. We wanted to be close to town so we stayed on the penninsula at the OHV park. Didn't mind the 4-wheelers but the guy with the generator almost received a nasty visit.

That advertizing piece is very cool!
Don't know where you keep it, but it would look great framed and hanging in your Trill!

... and you would have a platform to stand on if you needed to do something to the top of the trailer. Plus, you get a bench to boot.
Very observant, Jana! Great idea, Jeff!

Bench
That bench was had at Camping World I think, it's strong and very handy. Here's some more pictures of our trip. The campsite at DelNorte state park in the Redwoods, a trail in one of the nearby Redwood groves and a shot of the Banana Slugs that are huge (6-8 inches long) and everywhere. Enjoy.

I should copy it and do that.
I keep it loose, because the inside of the brochure is as fun as the outside!

Great pictures of your trips.
Wish I could go more often than I do.
Hey, I have to live with those slugs! We don't have the big yellow bananas, but we have plenty of brown ones.
There is usually one on my doorstep every morning--having eaten whatever flower I happen to have put out for it! :laugh
