We just bought Tom's 1984 Fiber Stream. Bill is driving it homeward even as I type. (I had to stay in town because of work commitments; yes, it's killing me.) This is our first fiberglass egg and it seems like we've been looking forever. How excited am I allowed to get?

Gina,
Bella said to tell the beagles that she now has a fancy new home, too, but hers is called "Sleeping Hall", because she enjoys her beauty sleep. (See recently added avatar for proof.) Fortunately, the bed is so big she has decided to let us share it with her. Aren't we lucky?

I need to borrow a digital camera and I will start collecting pictures. (I know; it's all about the pictures here!) I just found out that a friend of mine actually has experience working with fiberglass. She is going to help me, so I'm hopeful that between her hands-on experience, and all the theoretical knowledge I've gained from this great forum we can get a couple of new leaks repaired.
We got the camper bedded down at our storage place this morning. I'm working on a name. "The camper" feels so impersonal for this little beauty.

Some repair of fiberglass is needed to fix a couple of leaks. Then I need to add a battery and propane tanks. Then need to see what shape the tank sensors are in and maybe replace or upgrade. And eventually we will want to add solar panels. Once we have named it I'll want to spiff up the gel coat and paint the name on the back. Oh, and Tom said the water pump needs to be replaced. Lots of big plans, but one thing at a time; leak repair first.

I used PoliGlow to make the outside of my Scamp look like NEW.

Kevin K,
Is it OK to use the Poli-Glow over vinyl decals and/or painted on logos? When you use the cleaner for the first step, does it do any damage to logos, decals, etc? Thanks.
