not fiberglass but!

This rebuilding of old trailers must be a sickness! If I had the room to store it...and a wife that wouldn't shoot me. I think these old european rigs have quite a bit of character.Dique holiday trailer

And its local here in Edmonton

It would be interesting to see what the inside is like but from the outside all the bits appear to be there and no significant damage. It probably needs a complete structural rebuild but those walls are just wooden sticks, clean-up and refurbish the siding .... it would be a very unique project.

If it's $750us, not a bad price if it's not gutted. But if it's $750canadian, it's something that you really need to think over. It also drpends on what the inside looks like.

That's a cutey that needs some affection and makeover skill. Love the panoramic windows in the rear. The single window in the front makes it look like the trailer is "winking" at you. It made me smile.

Seems to me that $750 cdn would equal about $675 USD, at least that's what is was last night in downtown BC.

But all of that oxidation (rust) suggests tin rather than aluminum siding, not a good thing.

I like that expansive window set at the rear. What a great way to view the scenery from the sitting area.

Thank you. I stand corrected. Sure wish that thing was closer to SoCal. With all that surface rust it must be skinned with steel sheeting.

You can see some of my past trailer projects at Gage's 56

The excellent (German) Oldie Caravan web site has two Digues, but sadly only exterior photos of each:

Digue 1965 Coronette

Digue 1967 Bungalette

It has nice big windows. Wondering in it's day if it was towed by one of these period correct Citreons....

found a layout
Digue Coronette

Has a hideabed in the front, kind interesting layout. Simple suspension system(probably would have to be changed) 800 kg 1800 lbs surge brakes
