Not Fiberglass - but it's FREE!!!
Ya gotta see this one! A (reportedly) 1928 (I'm not 100% sure I believe that date!) trailer. Looks more 1958 to me, but......

I'm sure that's NOT 1928. Could be either '38 or '48. I'm basing this on the 1939 trailer my folks had.

Hmmmm, judging by the windows, door and shape, looks like it could be a 1950 - 1956 Spartan, Royal Manor.
It looks like it would be a fun project.
Cheers, Jake

I shared with everyone on Tin Can Tourist FB group! Hopefully someone will rescue it and bring back it back to it's glory!
Would make a great backyard, office, studio, guest house.

From the looks, it seems that you'd need to have a '58 Buick to pull it - or maybe you could get away with downsizing to a Kenworth as a tug!
Or maybe the '54 Mercury used by Desi Arnaz & Lucille Ball

Dave, you know there are those that would give a pedal car a whirl as it's tow vehicle!

If we had a place to refurb this (and way more time, talent and money..) I would be on my way to the Mainland to figure out how to get it home!! I could have my very own Long Long Trailer!!

Some folks like worms! Say, I had another look at this monster in the weeds. From the photo it looks like the top line is hogged. Long overhangs!

Yup it looks to have a few issues but I suspect on of the Tin Can group will pull it out and turn it into someones castle on wheels.

Would make a fun project and a possible mother-in-law home. Too far away for me. I hope if someone on the board gets it that they keep us all updated with photos.
