Nu Wave, Convection oven or??

What do you all prefer? What do you have??

Karalyn,

Gas (propane) with both convection and conventional baking. That's for indoors baking and not used for pizza. This is my oven in my kitchen, my wife's is upstairs.

For pizza I use the outdoor wood fired oven, which is also used for larger quanities of bread and rolls. As well as pulled pork, Thanksgiving turkeys and such larger roasts.

I am thinking more like a small convection oven for the trailer. But now there is the Nu Wave and others on the market that have convection, and inferred mixed. Trying to decide as the convection ones are on sale this week at Target and Menards.
