Nurses, aides, therapists

ARE THE GREATEST!! My wife has been in hospital and physical rehab for a month now and I can't say enough about these wonderful people. They are doing whatever they can to return my wife to me. Hopefully the target date for coming home, May 31, will be realized. Even then we're still going to need some care from them.

There are a lot of wonderful people in those professions. I have a daughter, now approaching her 30's, who spent almost two years as a young teenager in a wheelchair - without the physiotherapists and a wonderful psychologist, she might still be there instead of working her heart out and loving it in a national park. All the best to your wife - one step at a time, one day at time, and you'll get there...

Let me tell you from my experience, often the nurses and aides know far more than the Dr's! They are in the trenches with our LO's and us, they see all the aspects of the disease. Where Dr's spend 10 min with someone. I have far more faith in them...........

Thoughts and prayers!
