ok where is our spring weather???

Spring has been here in the Charlotte NC area for some time, now. We hardly had any winter weather at all. No snow. One very light ice event. Not a lot of sub-freezing days.

I hate not having the kinds of winters we had when I was a kid. I don't want many feet of snow, but I do like to experience four delineated seasons. It's not right to go without a winter.

I am going to demand a refund from Arnold! If you gotta live in So. Cal, at least the weather can be nice ALL the time!

I think my puppy is a bit miffed as well.

This was earlier today. It's much higher now and there is no sign of stopage.

Spring is here. Two tornados this afternoon. 2 inches of hail on my deck and damage to two neighbors places.

We had two snow-showers late last week, you know, like sun showers when it's sunny but still rains? Well, it was Sunny and Snowing. Snow with Sun: I mean, just because it's sunny doesn't mean it should stop snowing!!!

Inspecting the grounds on Friday, I saw the tulips are up and the snowdrops were open.

This weekend: first bike ride, first back-yard fire (burning prunings in the BBQ pit) then downtown, saw the first motorcycle. Okay, spring is OFFICIALLY here.

Just because spring is here doesn't mean it SHOULD STOP SNOWING....
