I got home last night around 7pm from dropping my daughter off for church youth group. It was 39 DEGREES and snowing sooooo hard, the windshield wipers could hardly keep up. Stupid weather doesn't realize it shouldn't be that warm and snow

Donna I started packing for a weekend camping trip in Annie and the weather is steadly getting worse. Yuck. I may just go anyway unless I have to plow snow with my front bumper.

It is 36 degrees and the snow is coming down hard. Last year, in preparation for an extreme business trip I found some chains to fit the trailer. If it were not for the mess caused by sanding fiberglass reinforcement to the bathroom floor I would be tempted to head out! Sooner or later I WILL be doing extreme winter camping! A good snowstorm is a precious commodity in western Oregon.

With the ice caps melting on both ends of the earth we have to start drinking more or it will fill all our streams and oceans!

My other answer would be underground cisterns and a fleet of water trucks to take it all where and when it is needed!

Crimea River. 36 to 39 degrees is a heat wave this time of year for most of us northerners, not counting the left coast.

And then when it does get warm, y'all flock inside with the A/C.

Yep... here's what it looked like out my front door and office window this morning. It's snowed another 2" since these photos were taken. It's just beautiful.

Had a big snow ball fight at Hudson Park this am Nancy, this will not last , thankfully. We are going to venture out this weekend with Annie for her first trip of the season. We are wise to not complain to loudly. So what if we have Web feet

Our neighbours (both are in the Canadian education field) have a 10 day spring break and are headed south from here in B.C. down the Coast as far as they can get (and back) in 10 days.

They both were NOT impressed to come home from work today to find about 8 inches of s n o w on our lawns!! They didn't believe us when we told them that this weather pattern is prevelent all the way south and over to our friends place in Vale!!!!

We now have at least 8" of snow and it stops at the end of our road (about 1/2 way down the mountain). Here's what it looks like out my office window this morning.

Not bad here yet, but it will get that way.

We are having spring weather here. I'm camped on Beaver Lake in Northwest Arkansas. Temps in the 70's and NO snow. Did have about an inch of small hail yesterday tho. ...Mike B

3 days ago we had an ice storm followed by 3" of wet snow. Today it was 60 degrees and all of the snow is gone. I was out in shorts and t-shirt all afternoon working outside. Of course, it is muddy yet but with the warm weather and wind we are having, that it dry up soon.
I had my Goldwing out today and saw alot of other bikes out. Real spring will be here soon.
