Well, a long, long time ago, in a very far away place, there once lived a thread that wouldn't die. In some remote dream this okra was born as a statement to those who couldn't fathom anyone liking the stuff.

Long live Okra!

... well, at least I kinda think it was something like that.

Jana, do you remember?

OKRA---is a major sickness. It causes computors to crash and some of us get very sick We must muster our forces and kill this infestation before it spreads.

No,No,No!

Okra must live! How would we have the Okra Strut without YUMMY okra? Vegetable soup in the winter without okra?...a virtual sin!

Please, I beg you in the name of all good Southerners...don't hurt the okra!

Don't fiberglass rvs thrive and prosper on Okra? Without Okra your fiberglass rv is likely to fall pray to the many other baddies.

This poor guy wasn't fed his daily serving of Okra, and see what happened to him.
So keep the okra dancing.

Christi,
At the risk of seeming serious on the topic of okra, if you want to relive the topic, look under recipes in the forums. Quite entertaining, but I seem to recall about 18 pages worth!

count me in as a sometimes okra lover!

There was even some discussion amongst some of us about drying the pods and making a string of lights for our trailers!

That's the new standard: Is it a 5 okra cool,

or only a 2 okra cool?

Something REALLY cool would be X10?

(Please clarify or confirm, I am writing a paper on this, and it is due next week.) Hey, that's a minus -2 arko arko.)

Moderators, please design and provide a minus okra figure, that being something that signifies the opposite of all that is okra, and that is spelled backwards, arko. Thank you.

Sincerely,
Char
